The MWACSMED Exhibition Portal is designed to facilitate smooth and transparent processing of applications for participation in exhibitions organized by the Ministry of Women Affairs, Community, Small & Medium Enterprises Development.

Through this portal, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) can apply for participation in exhibitions, track their application status, and receive updates throughout the review process.

1. Browse Available Exhibitions: Visit the Home page to view all available exhibitions.
2. Review Exhibition Details: Click on an exhibition to view complete details, including dates, venue, and deadline.
3. Complete Your Application: Fill in all required information about your business, including:
   • Business name and registration status
   • Owner/Manager details
   • Contact information
   • Business description and sector
   • Business images (up to 7 high-quality images)
4. Submit Application: Review all information carefully before submitting.
5. Receive Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation with your application number.

1. Go to the Track Application page.
2. Enter your Application ID (provided in your confirmation).
3. View your application status, which includes:
   • Application Status: Submitted, Under Review, Approved, or Not Selected
   • Current Review Level: Provincial or Head Office
   • Status Updates: Messages and feedback about your application
   • General Feedback: Any remarks from the review committee

• Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
• Quality: High-quality, clear images
• Number: Up to 7 images per application
• Size: Maximum 5MB per image
• Content: Should showcase your products, facilities, or business operations

Each exhibition has the following timeline:

• Application Period: From exhibition opening until the deadline
• Provincial Review: Provincial officers review applications based on set criteria
• Head Office Review: Final selection made by Head Office team
• Notification: Selected applicants are notified with further instructions

• Ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful.
• Applications must be submitted before the exhibition deadline.
• Keep your Application ID safe for future reference and tracking.
• Selected applicants will receive contact information for further details.
• Late applications cannot be accepted.
• Incomplete applications may be rejected.
